Customer Satisfaction

If upon receiving your finished work you are not satisfied we need to be informed within 5 working days , and the work returned to us for a credit to be considered.

Test Print
We are happy to supply our customers with a test print prior to starting a job if requested.  If you have concerns on how your work may look we suggest using this service.  It will however make completion dates longer.

Colour Matching
A sample must be supplied at time of ordering if you require colour matching.
If we are reproducing prints from original artworks we will discuss this with you further before starting.

Copyright

Work sent to us is deemed to be 'owned' by the sender in terms of Copyright.  Any breach of Copyright will be the responsibility of person/s requesting the work to be printed. 

Freight

Freight is included in all pricing quoted online for your ease of ordering.  Any damage incurred in transit must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of goods.

Payment Terms

We require payment at time of order confirmation and prior to despatch unless otherwise discussed.  Our email confirmation will include our account details for payment. Credit terms are available upon request and after completion of credit approval application forms.  Credit terms are accepted at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse credit.

Care of your Art

Upon receiving your art Tawa Imaging's liability is deemed to be complete.  We take no responsibility for damage incurred once you have taken possession. 

We choose our product range with great care, however as we have no control over the environment in which it is to be stored or displayed we offer no guarantee for its longevity.

Product testing is done independantly and within a controlled environment and gives us guidelines only
eg: +70 years under these tests.

direct sunlight
environmental pollution
